Welcome to Western Heights College.

Based in Hamlyn Heights Geelong, Western Heights College is committed to helping Year 7-12 students say "I can".

Our staff work hard to individualise student learning programs and set high expectations so students can pursue their expectations and be the best that they can be.

With stage one and two master rebuilds completed and stage 3 due to finish April 2026, our facilities are modern, contemporary and bright to create an energised learning environment.

Some of our tailored pathways include the Specialist Sporting Program (SSP) - the first of its kind in our region covering AFL, Basketball, Netball and Soccer, the Aspiring Athletes Program and the High Performance/Olympic Pathway Program.

The Accelerate Program for year 7 students identifies and provides the opportunity for high-achieving students to advance in numeracy and literacy throughout their years at Western Heights College.

As educators, we have a crucial role: to empower, inform and mentor our students to make inspired choices, to find their own academic, vocational and personal pathways and, above all else, to be their best. We believe our school is uniquely equipped to meet challenges and make the most of opportunities.  It’s as much about our mind-set, values and point-of-view as it is about our physical structures and grounds.

It is an incredibly exciting time to be a part of Western Heights College. We hope you will join us.
